Juan Cruz Cáceres

I started at thirteen writing plugins for game servers, for the pleasure of other people using them. The drive never changed; the scale did. Today I set the technology vision for four products in production, and I answer for it.

As co-founder and CTO I built those teams from nothing: I chose the people, trained them, and held the standard when lowering it would have been cheaper. I make the hard architecture and product calls, defend them with arguments, and reverse them fast when the data says otherwise.

I am demanding down to the detail and I do not negotiate it: every project carries the same mark of craftsmanship and meticulous design, from the architecture decisions nobody sees to the last pixel everybody does.
